About Girls Plan

Girls Plan is a non-profit organization that hosts interactive workshops, seminars, and conferences tailored specifically for teen through college-aged young women.

Vision: Our vision is to have every GP girl walk away with useful tools that will contribute to their success in life.

Objective: Our objective is to provide participants with helpful information that will guide them in their daily decision making.

Foundational Scripture: 3 John 1:2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.

Ever know that straight A student who hooked up with the wrong crowd and ended up flunking out of school? What about that girl who never knew the love of a father and the first boy who said he loves her she ends up doing things with him she regrets? Are you that girl where no one in your family ever finished high school let alone went to college? Why should you be any different?

These are the girls we all know at some point. Girls we have classes with and we see in school, girls that live in our neighborhoods or are members of our families, girls where people whisper about them behind their backs. Have you ever wondered why this happens? Why they make the decisions they do? Maybe if that one student would have been told to stop trying to fit in so hard she would have followed her dreams. Or if that other girl would have been told that although no one else in her circle finished school - she can and should go all the way. Perhaps if that one girl really understood what was behind that expression of love - it would have saved her from making the decision she did.

This is what Girls Plan is all about. Taking away the maybe, what if, and the uncertainties and providing real and honest answers through our workshops. Why not join us and be a part of this experience?
