Do my parents have to attend?
For most of the GP workshops your parents can drop you off or there will be a parent’s corner just for them. In addition, parents are required to attend our GP workshop “They Don’t Get It!” and we would also like your parents help at either your GP Fashion Show or Concert.
Will I have to attend all the GP Workshops?
Once you are a registered GP Girl you will be asked to attend all GP workshop opportunities. All workshops were designed for you – they are fun and informative! You will also meet girls who are fun just like you!
Are GP workshops open to all girls?
Absolutely! Girls Plan welcomes all girls no matter what! Our goal is to inform – not judge.

Core Workshops
Who Am I?
Can you really answer this? How can you when music videos show you one way, movies another way, and your family and friends dog you? This will be your first workshop where you will experience a more positive view of who you really are. By the end of this workshop you will be able to answer Who Am I?
They Don't Get It!
This workshop focuses on the relationship you have with your parents and family. Using interactive role playing and skits, you will finally understand why your parents act the way they do.
It's Just the Beat!
The thumps, the rhythm, the beat, and the sound. All of this attracts your attention while you are blasting that song from the radio or your iPod. Did you ever stop to listen to the lyrics?
He Loves Me!
The words, gestures, and looks that boys express toward you are often interpreted as love when it usually is not. This is a conference where boys not only answer your questions but really tell it like it is.
